Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy Cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in the full service fee being charged. Cancellations within 48 hours will result in a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service. New Clients Only: Rescheduling is allowed up to 2 times. After that, the appointment will be canceled, and a $50 cancellation fee will apply. Same-Day Rescheduled appointments will be treated as a 24hrs cancellation. Deposits can be made via Venmo, Cash App, or Apple Pay. A credit/debit card may also be kept on file for future charges. Late Appointment Policy Please respect my time and that of other clients. If you are more than 5 minutes late, a $5 late fee will be added to your service. If you are 15 minutes late or more, your appointment will be rescheduled, and a $15 rescheduling fee will be applied to your next appointment. No-Show Policy New Clients: If you do not show up for your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. Existing Clients: A 100% service fee will be charged for missed appointments.
